Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped,we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, in the event of an error on our part, you have up to 14 days to request an exchange, or we can provide immediate repairs for any incorrect details. Please note that exchanges or repairs will only be accepted if the product is returned undamaged and in its original condition as it was shipped.
