Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, in the event of an error on our part, you have up to 14 days to request an exchange (customers expense), or we can provide immediate repairs for any incorrect details. Please note that exchanges or repairs will only be accepted if the product is returned undamaged and in its original condition as it was shipped.
Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Each product is handmade and if we have the product you have selected in stock then the shipping time could be less. Need it sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout!
To ensure quick delivery, all orders are processed daily. Once payment is completed, orders cannot be modified or changed.
Yes! To help protect our customers, your billing and shipping addresses need to match for your order to be completed. The only exceptions are Apple Pay orders or if you send a photo ID to colorfulhairtingz@gmail.com when you place your order.
