Unfortunately, once an order has been fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. In the event of a mistake on the sellers behalf we offer up to 14 days to exchange the product OR immediate repairs can be made in cases of incorrect details. Only if the returned product is not damaged and returned in the original condition it was shipped.
